Standard tolerance reaches ±0.02 mm, with precision work to ±0.01 mm and ±0.005 mm on high-end machines. Surface finishes down to Ra 0.8 μm (fine milling) and Ra 0.4 μm (grinding/polishing). We machine aluminum 6061/7075, stainless steel 304/316/17-4PH, carbon and alloy steel, brass, copper, titanium, plus POM, nylon, PEEK, ABS, and acrylic.
